Good for Zelensky! That A.I. report is ridiculous. Ukraine has been attacked for no reason whatsoever. Its cities, towns, farmlands and countryside have been made into battlegrounds by the invading Russians. Wherever they decide they need to operate from, it's only in defense of Ukrainian citizens. If they operate in residential areas, it's because Russia has been attacking, bombing, shelling those residential areas! They are there to defend them.

Civilians had to join the the Ukrainian military from one day to another to defend their homeland and families from the invaders, meaning there will be a military person in each Ukrainian family, hence making each civilian location a military objective.
If an old lady makes Molotovs at home to help the resistance, is she a civilian or a military?
If retreating soldiers find shelter in a home, does that make the home a military objective?
When you invade a country, every civilian location is also a hostile location, there is no precise and clean way to invade a country, it's going to be chaos, violence and death.
Also, it's a terrible look that the EU funded news outlet is carrying this propaganda against one of the major, independent arbiters of what goes on in war zones. Amnesty have a long history regarding their neutrality and for the EU news outlet to allow this attack on their integrity by someone who has a vested interest in undermining their work, is really troublesome.
The EU has to step back from the US led propaganda nonsense and actively highlights the truth, even though, no, especially when it's a side they are backing otherwise they risk giving the impression they either condone or turn a blind eye to some human rights abuses.
