Rotational frame-dragging, hello? The kerr-newman metric allows for hyperextreme black hole solutions with a rotating naked singularity which pulls space around with it, meaning that a particle moving at locally subluminal speeds can enter and exit closed timelike curves at any point in the black hole's history

Downside: having a net charge on the black hole would bias the hawking radiation at the cauchy horizon to neutralize the charge, eventually causing the black hole to collapse into a proper event horizon

time travel has to do with being able to travel like say for example at the speed of light to break the jet fighter plane mach level to get from point a to point b in a relatively short period of time to defy that being of whatever the average travel time-frame-period may be otherwise, but then you can never travel back into time in reality according to that being of t.v.-show, & movie plots of sci-fi being that because it is just impossible when it is to be analyzed by the worldly system of things as we know it to be in comparison, …

According to your description, wouldn't one black hole have to evaporate in order to create another entangled black hole? Wouldn't this mean one would have to travel through the black hole at the moment of evaporation in order to travel the worm hole?

But Hawking radiation doesn't actually come from within the event horizon. You get it when a virtual particle pair forms just outside the event horizon, and one of the particles falls in while the other one doesn't. That one that didn't fall in is the radiation – it's never been inside the black hole. Nothing literally comes out of a black hole, ever.

It's possible yes and no. A wormhole may distort reality enough that when you attempt to cross the event horizon you're both pushed back out and pulled right in.
