The hat man and his minions, shadow people are demonic entities. Period. Sleep paralysis isnt good. The name Jesus invoked against them can banish them. Dont believe me ? Try it, what ya got to lose.Repent, brothers and sisters, ask God to reveal his son Jesus, believe he is Lord and God and died for our sins and is risen.

My sleep paralysis is quite scary actually at least for me. Every time I think of a word or anything while I’m in sleep paralysis it keeps on repeating in my head louder and louder and LOUDER until my whole body tenses up to the where it feels like something is pulling the skin on my back. Not to mention it doesn’t wake me up for minutes so I’m literally scarred for like 10 whole minutes

one time i saw a black mass of shadows sort of amalgamation with many arms and heads and legs all waving about stood in the doorway. but my room is L shaped so it couldn't see me.
i was trying to move but just sliding out of my bed onto the floor and getting more scared because I knew I was getting closer to it seeing me.
i literally kicked myself awake and found myself pushed up sideways against the headboard of my bed. super freaky no thanks !!!!

i have learned to close my eyes and now they r closed everytime :) but i can still see everything that is happening right before im in sleep paralysis like its a nightmare turning into sleep paralysis its freaking weird i you know get sooooo scared in a nightmare the creature i am afraid of suddenly i beside my bed and its so creepy and i can hear everything i can feel everything its so disgusting and i try to scream for help but i cant haha i just lay there but then when this happens i have learned that i can just give up in a way just dont lookk probably hear everything but i dont need to do anything i i get the feeling that my life will be over and the creature can just kill me as long as im not scared so i just give up and if it want to drag me away and kill me it can just do that because i will just leave my body ;))) haha idk but its disgusting and even the science behind it can really help me i have simply seen too much horror stuff to actually stop the scary experience :P

It's terrifying

Strumbella January 4, 2021 - 11:00 AM

I’ve never had a scary sleep paralysis experience. Usually I will wake up with my eyes closed and knowing I can’t move. I don’t try to fight to move or anything. I’m just like “lol moving is overrated I’m going to lay still and pretend to sleep because I’m cool”. I haven’t had any hallucinations thankfully. Only thing is that usually I feel like I’m spinning suuuuper fast. It’s not scary to me tho. I’m just kind of chilling like WEEEEEEEEE

When I had It the first time I did not see anything really. I did see the figure before I closed my eyes though. he was on the side of my bed just staring.. I've had it 3 times now and I kind of know how to avoid seeing a shadowy figure. Just stay calm.

Wednesday's Child June 22, 2021 - 10:49 AM

I freak out during lucid dreams.can hear myself say, just relax, you will be okay. Take some deep breaths, but sometimes it doesn't work and I panic. I am stressed.
