When you use the PCR test to diagnose, you end up with 97% false positives. What a scam.

Do away with this stupid system, or turn off your phone!

Benjamin July 23, 2021 - 1:36 AM

Well, 300k cases, 600k pings. That's 2 pings per case. That's what you would expect from a functioning warning system. Problem are the high case numbers, not the app.

3 years ago,Lorries foreigners worked for 4.5pound/hour,motel based ,no Nino and 15 hour shift .Big bosses have laughing stock in offices.I looked online and jobs offered are almost the same as 4 years ago.
In Denmark from 2020 new hourly rate of DKK 164.96 (19.19 pound) an hour was announced. The rate was applicable as of January 1st.There houses are more cheap than in U.K just to make an ideea.

Rules also mean that foreign Lorrie driver working in Denmark must be paid the same while they are in the country. This will be strictly enforced from 2020

What dickheads have this app?

SCOTT PARKER July 23, 2021 - 1:45 AM

How would allowing pinged workers on the service sector to return to work achieve lowering the spread of covid? This is a false narrative, people are being pinged because the government let the the delta variant in to the UK, now their letting it spread

Mark Masterson July 23, 2021 - 1:53 AM

The ping is to tell you you've been in contact with an infected person, for God's sake go home and self isolate and take a test. Any person/ employer resisting/complaining about that should be punished – ignoring that ping is going to out the country back into lockdown ultimately, and waste all that previous time. 2ble jab is not a fix all, it is not a cure. Can't believe the UK is being so idiotic about this.

I have been pinged 2 in the space of 3 weeks. I have deleted the app as it’s no longer sustainable

Armour Of God July 23, 2021 - 1:59 AM

Just delete the app you morons

0atheist July 23, 2021 - 2:00 AM

Let's be frank, lots of people are keeping the app on in the hope of getting pinged so they can have time off during summer.

I'll be keeping it on when I need a specific day off. It's a voluntary decision to go to work or not if you are pinged by the app but a legal obligation if you are called by test and trace.

So do these bosses want people with covid 19 to continue to work while serving us our food and drinks? Very caring. 🤔
