There needs to be a change and I think the internet should be involved, pm should have a page of which he views and listens to the view of the people of this country and actually makes changes that the people want.

It's not just the vacancies that need to be addressed. !!!.its a radical,,overhaul of the whole of the NHS that needs change ….strip the top heavy management.. those earning overly generous salaries,with fancy titles,many who had never had any medical or hospital experience.. and therefore pay the nurses/doctors on the front line what they are worth!! .introduce a scheme whereby people from other countries who come here for treatment or use any of our NHS facilities have to pay for any treatments,medication or surgery given..bring back proper training for nurses again a degree isn't needed to nurse,practical ability,commonsense,caring and kindness is ….there are a whole range of measures that could be taken,even in the short term,to alleviate at least some of the problems…but it would appear that no government has the guts and motivation to make changes..

These Tories and Tory pm will not make the essential change that is needed for all, they will only make changes that benefit their base that's it (end of story).
