That makes sense. I wonder why they didn't think of moving their whole city and relocating it somewhere else without an ocean and a desert. Oh wait, they live in the UAE, which is mostly desert, where access to an ocean is a necessity? Wow, who would have thought? How stupid of them to make their country there.
