Rising unemployment is making job market even more difficult for people with disability | The Drum

Even before the COVID-19 pandemic and economic crisis, people with disability were less likely to be employed than those without. Now, with the job market flooded, some say the extra competition has made the process even harder.

Going into the crisis, the unemployment rate for those on the Autism spectrum was almost eight times the rate of those without disability.
