Ottawa working to implement First Nations’ rights at heart of fisheries dispute: minister

Fisheries and Oceans Minister Bernadette Jordan said the federal government is working to implement First Nations’ “moderate livelihood” fishery rights that have been at the centre of a confrontation between fishermen in Nova Scotia.
