    Issue list:
    1. During phone call screen get locked and you have to unlock again to do anything like disconnect call.
    2. After every call you will get notification of phone getting updated.
    3. Battery drain drastically. From 100% to 90% in 7 mins. (Not using any heavy apps. By just screen on).
    4. Heating issues. Heats for just using messages, what's up and phone calls too. While charging it heats upto 45° C. So battery is going to get damaged very very soon.
    5. Call logs missing. Last week call logs are also missing.
    6. Bluetooth disconnect issues with headphones,buds,health tracker watches or any other Bluetooth devices. Quite embarrassing.
    7. YouTube videos stuck halfway,not because of internet. That means video(visual stuck) and voice goes on. Like old TVs.
    8. Wifi speed is low. Laptop shows 40 speed and Nord speed is 18 speed. Other mobile shows 38 speed.
    9. Messages will be delivered late. OTP get received after few hours sometime.
    10. Only few apps are permitted to have parallel apps. Mostly very generic. But if you need any specific app you can't.
    11. Charger and red cable type C pin also heats up high during charging.
    12. Camera do not open sometimes.
    13. You have to Click and wait for photo to be captured without blur both front and back cameras.
    14. Even if you do point 13. Still photos are not upto mark and night photos not atall upto mark.
    15. OnePlus Nord is not tested mobile in Market. OnePlus don't agree but if it is tested then why there are so many issues.

    Deficiency list:
    1. No 3.5mm Jack.
    2. Display tint issues. 90% devices have it.
    3. No external memory slot.
    4. No infrared to use as a remote of your TV and music system,smart light at home.
    5. OnePlus Oxygen OS Contacts and Phone dialer apk is missing. And Google contacts and dialer has lot of issues and they are not stable.
    6. OnePlus Oxygen OS message apk is missing.
    7. Oxygen OS phone contacts, dialer and messages apks are actually signature of Oxygen OS without which Oxygen OS is clearly incomplete like half meal.
    8. Plastic body.
    9. No Automatic call recording. Big deficiency.

    When talked to OnePlus they gave 100 reasons for deficiencies on this OnePlus Nord. No reason is sounds satisfactory. Mostly every reason OnePlus gave is silly excuse.

    This is a consolidated list. If you see anything missing please add in comments.

    All my issues I have raised with OnePlus bit nothing turned out to be resolved.

    Visited OnePlus services center nothing resolved. Discussed with OnePlus customer care, feedbacks given complaints given for each issue given to them with logs, screenshot and what all OnePlus has asked for. I have spent many many hours to inform OnePlus about each and every issue of the above mentioned issues.

    So please don't reply back to me to reach OnePlus team. This post it here because OnePlus did absolutely nothing to resolve these.

    I HATE U ONEPLUS… GAVE 30 K FOR THIS CRAP SRSLY NO REFUND N REPLACEMENT OPTION TOO ..

    I've used one plus 3T and I'm currently using one plus 7T.
    When I bought 3T I was receiving continues updates for 1 years after which I used get security patches once in two months and stopped receiving patches in two years. In third year, I got Android 9 update and I was happy with it.
    So I decided to upgrade my phone to One Plus 7T which was an absolute mistake. I bought this phone for almost 40k. Received 8 updates in 12 months, nothing major or game changing and now I have to wait for Android update for 3 or 4 months.
    Cheap business tactics to ensure customers would buy new phones as they have latest version.
    If any business team is looking at this, please remember about the old customers, they will only consider your product if you treat all your supported products with updates and security patches. You can release security patches or updates at once to all supported models at once instead OP choose other way.
    Also, why do we need 4 flagships a year. just y? why can't you concentrate on releasing one true Flahship and concentrate on customer experience with it.
    I'm a disappointed user with the cheap strategy and not gonno buy or suggest a One plus.

    I owned the 5, 6T, and 7 Pro. Switched to Galaxy S20 + after OnePlus ditched the pop up camera.

    OnePlus has seriously lost its flare. Sticking with Samsung for the foreseeable future.

    No official IP water resistance rating, no headphone jack, outdated and slower LPDDR4X memory while the whole flagship segment is using a faster LPDDR5 memory, and the price is too damn high…. TOO HIGH FOR THE CHINESE BRAND.

    You guys have a very poor customer service. Once I went to the service center as I was facing issues with the battery's performance but instead of resolving my issue, they said that everything is fine and the battery backup is good. But still I'm facing issues with the battery's performance. However, I'm coping up with the battery. But now, I'm even facing network and connectivity issues. I cannot talk to a person on a call even for a minute. The call automatically gets disconnected in less than a minute. Whatever you said, I've tried everything and still my issues aren't resolved. Honestly speaking, my life's first and last mistake was buying a OnePlus mobile phone by trusting this company as it has a big brand name now. But you guys have such a poor and an underrated customer service and you provide the customer with such a bad phone. When you people don't even know how to design a phone then why have you even created it? You don't realize how difficult it is for a middle class person to buy such an expensive phone, but you people provide your customers with such a phone which is non-returnable, moreover, your service centers are useless and of no help. I will make sure that I post such bad reviews everywhere that your company's reputation goes down if my issues aren't resolved. You have provided me with such a bad phone. It's a new phone and I don't understand how can there be so many issues with a newly purchased phone. Whenever there is an update, the battery's performance is hindered. Sometimes, it has 7 hours of backup and sometimes only of 3 hours and that to with only normal usage of two or three social media apps. There are a lot of issues in the phone. Even, sometimes the charging is hindered. Sometimes the phone gets charged as described by the company and sometimes it's charging is very slow. The battery backup is sometimes good and sometimes just of 4 hours. I don't understand with what a defective piece I've been provided with. I even went to the service center concerning the battery issues but it was of no use. And now it's like, that I cannot even talk to a person for a minute or two. The Wi-fi, the SIM networks, everything gets disconnected in the gap of every two minutes. It has major network issues. The internet runs very slow even on a 4G network SIM. Without using any application which consumes a lot of internet and without playing any games, it has a battery backup of just four hours. Previously, the battery backup was still better but now it's completely poor. I won't say excellent but things were better before the last update to some extent but after the update, continuously I've been facing severe issues. OnePlus is not a brand value, you have such a disgusting service. I'll make sure that I post bad reviews of your brand. Do something! Assign me a personal engineer who'll be able to resolve my issues because people in the service center they do not even listen to us and say that things are fine even when they are not, or, refund me. I don't want such a defected phone in Rs.30,000 which has defaults in it from the very beginning. On the other hand, a Rs.10,000 phone has a better battery performance and gives a better battery backup. Even in the night, when the phone is ideally placed the battery drains upto 10-15 percent. I don't want to roam in front of the service centers for a newly purchased phone, therefore, please issue me refund as soon as possible. Whenever we go to the service centers, the employes therein check the phone and conclude that there are no issues and defects, but on returning home, I start facing the same issues all over again. And now even, the phone gets heated up very quickly in a short span of time. If you want to contact me directly, here's my phone number. Ask your supervisor to contact me if possible.

    If you want to refer me to a service center, provide me with a written document stating that my issue is being  prioritized.

    If the only option to fix the phone is by referring it to the service center then I don't want to roam around service centers. Provide me with a service request or a written document stating that this is a serious issue and it's been prioritized and not being treated as a normal issue.

    And I don't want that again my issue hasn't been resolved

    I’ll repeat here what I tweeted. Its a huge shame there’s a massive price difference between the US and Canadian websites. I was seriously interested in the 8T but wow OnePlus really needs to re-evaluate your prices!! All these prices off their appropriate websites.
    OnePlus 8T = $750 USD compared to $1099 CAD ?!?!?!
    Google Pixel 5 = $699 USD compared to $799 CAD
    Samsung S20 FE = $699 USD compared to $950 CAD

    I've had Oneplus phones since the 3t, but the company has gone downhill in major ways. I was on the fence with upgrading my 5t to the 8t, but simply dealing with their customer service, and advertising practice raised so many red flags that have pushed me away from their phones.

    OP listed an early purchase special at @ $749.00 USD and this was to come with a $99 mystery gift. Unseen or unlisted, was a bundle for the same price, with new ear buds, and a case.

    I first got wind that the "$99 mystery gift" was actually just a cheap branded water bottle, because of other complaints on their own forums. My phone was still en-route, and so I called their customer support line in advance, and I told them about the obvious problem, since I could just return the phone, order the new bundle, all at the same price.

    It seemed like a common sense fix, simply for OP to send out the components of the buds/case bundle instead of having phones getting returned, simply to be ordered again.

    But wait, it gets better. The OP support told me to wait until I received the new phone, and then call support and ask to speak to a manager if the $99 mystery gift is indeed a cheap water bottle. I did this today, and was told that they will not pursue the obvious practical solution, but that I should take a look, because low and behold, the very $749 bundle has now been removed so I would be unable to even pursue this already highly impractical solution.

    I think that's the nail in the coffin. No flexibility and no common sense, and a totally misleading and deceptive marketing practice to start the whole thing off.

    The mystery gift was a branded insulated water bottle? Seriously? It's nice, but you say it is $99😂
    Also, my assistant always pops up in korean regardless of which language I choose in the settings.
    Had the gift been a case and a screen saver, I would have been happy enough. Or even the Bluetooth earbuds. Whatever.
    I still have my OnePlus One. Now I remember why I left the hype. It was worth hyping for the One, but not really ever since. And aren't you just oppo in disguise?
