‘Not good enough' says Chelsea’s Lampard on VAR after Spurs red card fiasco

Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard, raised his concerns about the use of VAR after his side’s 2-1 win against Tottenham Hotspurs, in which Giovani Lo Celso escaped a red card for a stamp on César Azpilicueta.
Lampard argued that the technology ‘was not good enough’ after Stockley Park admitted they were wrong not to send of the Spurs player
