No prosecution against ABC journalist Dan Oakes over Afghan Files | ABC News

The AFP has formally dropped its case against ABC journalist Dan Oakes over his reporting on the Afghan Files.

The decision ends a three-year ordeal for the journalist, who was facing potential imprisonment for using leaked classified documents to expose alleged war crimes.
