North Korea’s leader Kim Jong-un appeared visibly emotional as he gave a speech on Saturday at a military parade in Pyongyang.
He was thanking his ‘most dependable combatants’ from Pyongyang who were in attendance. The leader also apologised for failing to improve the lives of the North Korean population.
The military parade marked the first time in two years the country publicly displays its arsenal of long-range ballistic missiles.
