Kenyans hit by drought feel neglected amid vote

Thousands of people affected by drought in some of Kenya’s driest regions may be unable or unwilling to take part in this year’s election.
Up to four million people are struggling to survive, and many have been displaced.
They say they feel neglected in the middle of a competitive and expensive general election, and they want less campaign talk and more action.
