"I don't rule out taking tougher action if we have to": Boris Johnson on potential London lockdown

“A possible London lockdown is not imminent”, says Prime Minister Boris Johnson in a sit-down interview at Downing Street, “But it depends very much on the people following the guidelines to get the virus down.”

“We want to try and take a balanced approach.”

On the 10pm curfew, Johnson says, “Nobody wants to take a measure like that. I understand the frustrations”.
