As part of The Telegraph’s Tech Hot 100 list celebrating UK start-up founders, we spoke to four leaders in the tech field to find out exactly what it takes to be a wildly successful entrepreneur. 

Dishing out their tips: Morten Toft Bech, founder of Meatless Farm, Martin Kenwright, founder of virtual social network vTime, Romina Savova, founder and CEO of PensionBee and Tim Guilliams, founder and CEO of Healx, a AI-powered start-up finding new treatments for rare disease patients.

We also put Telegraph readers’ questions to the entrepreneurs who answered on everything from investor capital, scaling your business organically, and the pros and cons of starting a business in the UK. 

The Tech Hot 100 is the second annual celebration of the best and brightest in Britain’s start-up scene, setting out to find out the most successful individual UK start-up founders of the last decade.
