I am definitely more rested when I wake up without an alarm. even if in some cases it's only 4 or 3 hours of sleep.

Very often I get 6-7 hours of sleep, but when I can get more sleep, my brain, no matter when I go to bed, always wakes me up within the time span of 8:3010:00. I have noticed that I tend to stay in bed later when my levels of stress are lower, and it is a cloudy day. My sleeping pattern sucks.

I go to bed at 9:30 PM and get up at 5:30 AM. 8 hours of sleep. Considering cutting down to 10:30 PM – 5:30 AM. I can not continue wasting my time.

We didn't forget. Streetlights and light pollution messed everything up. The only way to fix things is to have electric blinds. Ones that open during sunrise and close at sunset. I sleep lots or less and still feel tired. I guess that is iron deficiency and a non supportive mattress for you.

Well.. I fall asleep between 12 and 2 and wake up at 7 everyday, so I'm gunna go with not enough sleep and I'm never rested

Xyphire July 12, 2021 - 11:55 PM

Typically I don’t sleep during the night but when I do I would say around 8 hours. When I sleep during the day it’s about 6 hours.
