Lt.-Col. Raphaël Guay has been removed from his role as commandant of the Canadian Forces School of Military Intelligence, while he is investigated for allegations “brought forward by a single third-party complainant and refer to different incidents that could be possible breaches of conduct,” according to the Department of National Defence.
