Make of this what you wish,BUT, I think that an American actress should have been chosen to play the role of an iconic African American woman. I’m just saying.

If anyone is wondering….@ the very beginning when she's reaching out to the sun she's ACTUALLY clocking where "TRUE NORTH" is. So she can bounce to Philly…where I'm from😊💯….ALL stars except for 1 move. So you can't just follow any star. You'll end up in China somewhere. ONLY star you can follow is Polaris. Ms. Tubman & MOST slaves knew this….the OG of GPS…why they have her doing this in the daytime WITH THE SUN is beyond me….maybe to dumb it down I guess

My grandpa started crying when he saw this trailer because Harriet Tubman stole his granddad's farm equipment, he ended up losing the farm to a man named (((rosenberg))) from the bank.

The fickle thing about history is that if you don't write it down, it disappears as though it never happened. History is written by the Victors of war, they will put down on paper whatever paints them in the most beautiful light. Native Americans once walked this earth by the millions, were almost wiped out from this earth as though they never existed and yet Hitler is the only one remembered to be the worst of mankind.. Nagasaki was destroyed to rubble, blacks were hang for as little as staring at white person. Remember the evils of this world, write them down, learn from them because history has a way of repeating itself.

Cynthia Erivo is a limey brit. African American actors have complained that Hollywood continues to cast Blacks from Brittain instead of African Americans.
Cynthia Erivo has shat on African Americans in the past, not to mention defending her friend who said African Americans only know how to "slave dance", and how stupid Kwanzaa is. And she talked shit on Aritha Franklin. WTF?

Shows how out of touch Hollywood is with African American culture.
