i can prove that math is wrong, if you are interested keep reading

100% is a full number as math define
now, i want 1/3 of that in a stable number, see you cant, (33.3…)

you have 10 numbers >> 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
issue 2: why set 5 as the center (0.5) when the 5 is not in the center

issue 3: 99 is a full number, and some things are missing >>
1 2 .. 9 00 01 02 03 .. 09 10 11 12 13 (noticed while cracking useles)
