The ibitz seems like a cool idea.
I can imagine kids gaming the ibitz system. Like shaking it excessively or putting it on the dog, but it's a cool concept.
I use Endomondo on my iPhone to track my cycling miles
I plan on picking up one of the FitBit Flex bands. My interest in increasing the awareness of what's going on with my overall health has been growing with all the new fitness tech being announced.
I have one of these, but I call it the Brain. It's this thing that tells me if I have been too lazy or if I feel gross from eating unhealthy food. It works exclusively with the Body.
I like these videos. I like getting the D…….newss
I want a fitness gadget that will exercise for me, tell me the double bacon cheeseburger I had for lunch is actually very healthy, and tell me every day I am losing weight even when I am not.
Did you watch that video? It was about misconceptions about the BMI and new studies about it as a measurement tool. At no point in it did I say "hey, don't attempt to be healthy." The point was to be smart about being healthy. Making broad, blanket statements and not revisiting issues wouldn't make us a very worthwhile channel. :)
If you wanna just get into an argument online, feel free. I'm just saying we didn't contradict ourselves, we're making different videos about a multifaceted issue. If other new or interesting arguments, data, or technology comes up in the same field, we'll cover that too.
You'd be surprised. There are days when I feel like I got a lot of physical activity in and then I look down and find its not true. And I'm definitely more vigilant overall while I'm wering my Fuelband.
no need to track, you need to do something
does it count it if i do a backflip ?
what do i do to track my health – i do nothing while i can see my own penis i'm just fine
Where can I purchase some of those products?
So… bracelets that actually do something useful for your health, unlike those stupid power-band things.
i use a notebook and fitnesspal :)
I wish Ray Kurzweil would invent a device and an app that not only measured your calories but your total health;with your nutrient levels, cholesterol level, physical/mental stress, and etc. Ditto, if the app part then used all of that data to estimate how long you "might" live from the sum total result of all these factors. I'd buy that in a heartbeat.
People need to expand their health concerns beyond just losing weight(not saying they should ignore the calories, just broaden their focus). ^^
Fuelband
Kids are gonner hack those things to get unlimited video game time.
if i had ibitz as a kid id put it in a bingo rolling machine
Is it just me or is her right eye crazy dilated?
life hack: put that shit on you dog and throw the ball
I really like this channel, unlike that other guy. I could spend hours watching your videos.
You're stupid. Shut up.
That guys a genius.
Nothing!
Fitbit Zip!
i wonder how long it's gonna take before kids realize they can just take their shoes off and move them back and forward, or just shake the step tracker…
Nasa is stupid it should LEASE the VAB
Still rocking my bodymedia link. Really bummed the core 2 isn't out and is likely killed by jawbone.
2:03 i see kids putting those on their pets and still play games. lol
