Firefighters battle burning hospital hit by Russian missile strike in Mykolaiv

Firefighters battled a large blaze at an hospital in the southern Ukrainian port city of Mykolaiv after Russian shelling and missile strikes in the region. The mayor of Mykolaiv, Oleksandr Syenkevych, has said an attack on medical facilities in the city is ‘nothing more than cynical terrorism by Russian troops’. Footage released by local emergency services also showed a large crater in the ground
