Donald Trump makes dramatic return to White House after coronavirus treatment

President Donald Trump has tweeted a new video after returning to the White House in which he tells the US public not to be afraid of Covid-19, which has killed more than 200,000 people in the US and more than a million worldwide.

Mr Trump was treated at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center by a team of some of the country’s best doctors and he received an experimental drug not readily available to the public.

Though his doctors said he still was not “out of the woods,” Mr Trump appeared maskless and defiant in the video.
