DOJ Charges Four Louisville Officers For Violating Breonna Taylor's Civil Rights

Attorney General Merrick Garland announced that the Department of Justice has charged four current and former Louisville police officers with violating Breonna Taylor’s civil rights in the botched raid that led to her death. NBC News’ Ken Dilanian and Chloe Atkins report.
