Nice to hear a touching story like this… I'm American but live outside the country. From the news over the last few years, the USA has a reputation for hating foreigners, separating kids from parents at the border and locking up kids in cages, murders, poverty and lack of healthcare, etc… The news show the USA to be a heartless hateful country. I always tell people, the news is true, and I'm afraid there is quite a bit of ignorance in the USA but when I go back to visit family, strangers are kind, thoughtful, polite and willing to help out. There are so many good people in the USA.

HEB really proved that it is a humanitarian example of giving help to the needy you I applaud them they are such a good example putting human lives above profit and money making by allowing these customers to get their food without paying
