I had never been sick a full week in my life til catching covid. It put me and my wife down sick for the better part of 2 months. Even after it was over its taken months more before I feel like my lung capacity and ability to do even basic exercise or chores has started to return. And I only took one risk ever. I let 2 men into my house to drop off a chest freezer so it was easier to stock up on food. Other than that I did curbside pick up and took no chances. So I took ONE risk and got sick for 2 months with lasting life changing symptoms. Its just not worth it people, take it seriously….I was and it still messed up my year and who knows how much more of my life going forward.
Now I believe physical health and mental health are more important than making millions. To everyone reading this, please do mindfulness meditation atleast 10 minutes a day. It's so helpful that it can save you from Alzheimer's in the long run
