COVID-19: Malaysia implements ‘one person per car’ rule in second phase of movement control order

More than 1,000 people have been arrested for disobeying the movement control order, which states people can only leave their homes to buy food or seek medical attention. The second phase of the order includes a “one person per car” rule, which kicks in on Wednesday (Apr 1). CNA’s Melissa Goh elaborates on the new measures.
