Centralization led to many deaths during pandemic, say Quebec doctors

Seven hundred Quebec doctors signed a letter to the minister of health arguing that centralized decision making has caused too many deaths during the COVID-19 pandemic.

    The entire situation was mismanaged by the experts to such an extent that I must ask myself if it was intentional.

    Maybe the central management is incompetant, or maybe they need to send videos to them to sign off on with their smartphones & have an ID card system for staff to check in for work. I don't know.
