Everyone should stop paying the politicians(the tax man) money

If I had a £1 for every time the reporters said "erm"

Brace yourselves, plenty of dullards down here in the comments bleating about "GAWD" and how we should be keeping rotting corpses on "life support" for many months in case of "MIRACLES" and to humour delusional relatives at great cost to the tax payer. These people seem to not understand that hospitals do not practice necromancy.

Whatever happens these parents are showing amazing devotion, love, loyalty, and of not giving up.
Hope someone holds on to me so tightly someday

Lay the poor lad to rest ffs and get out of the spotlight. People die on a daily basis, this isn't news. RIP buddy

About time too, hes already dead and its pointless wasting more taxpayers NHS money on this futile situation.

Alezf August 2, 2022 - 10:32 PM

Incorrect legal argument on their lawyers part – would have gone with there may be a new technology within the next 3 years which would reverse the damage

The Spiderlord August 2, 2022 - 10:33 PM

Sadly self inflicted too. Let him go, start the healing and take action against these dangerous social media trends to stop this tragedy happening again.

I feel for the family of this little boy I don't know the facts and I can understand his parents wanting to hang on but if he's not in there anymore maybe the icu bed could be used for someone with a figting chance may he rest in piece

He did hang himself that's what started his issues

In most cases the Doctors are right, it's sometime easier if someone outright dies rather than in a limbo coma on life support, it must be very sad and distressing to experience this.

AOD_AnkGrooger August 2, 2022 - 10:38 PM

and now the resources and go to save a life

I know its heart breaking. I know its cruel. But its life. and its necessary.

Its a shame he didnt get to live a full life. And I would have it if it was my son. But there is no point in strapping a corpse to a machine and hope it wakes up.

Especially when its using hospital resources.

Plus. He was brain dead. what kind of life would he have lived if he did wake up?

On meds his entire life.

Sadly that was already decided

Jamie Monson August 2, 2022 - 10:41 PM

Death is just a door way I was asked this at 19 about my dad I knew he was suffering and know I made the right decision

peerless67 August 2, 2022 - 10:41 PM

We do not have the death penalty here, so why has this judge passed one ?

julie Jr August 2, 2022 - 10:41 PM
