Boris Johnson says he 'rules out nothing' when pushed on circuit breaker | Coronavirus

Boris Johnson has said he “ruled out nothing” when asked about a report in The Telegraph that the Government is 80 per cent likely to go for a circuit breaker.

The Prime Minister was facing pressure from Keir Starmer to embrace the plan – which would see the closure of all pubs, bars and restaurants – as coronavirus cases continue to rise.
