Biden calls on Russia to de-escalate tensions

by News Update

United States President Joe Biden has called on Russia to de-escalate tensions after he imposed fresh sanctions against Moscow for alleged election interference and cyberattacks.
It has prompted warnings of retaliation from the Kremlin.
But Biden says there is still room for the two countries to work together.
Al Jazeera’s White House correspondent Kimberly Halkett reports.
